Frisomat introduces new loading system

Since the beginning of 2010 a new loading system is introduced at the headquarters in Belgium. Frisomat invests in a Terminal Trekker with 20 loading platforms with a loading capacity of 25t each. Thanks to this new loading system, errors are excluded as well as a guarantee for faster loading times.

The production of an industrial building requires 4 steps :

1. drawing the plan

2. production of the composants

3. transport to assembly site

Thanks to the weight advantage, a Frisomat steel building is perfectly for truck transport. Frisomat invests in a Terminal Trekker with 20 loading platforms with a loading capacity of 25t each. Because of the increasing traffic on the European roads, time has become a very important criterion. Each produced piece from the industrial building is put ready in advance on the loading platforms. Loading from these platforms onto the truck is easy to do. By handling proactively, a lot of time is won. A logistic masterpiece.

4. assembly on site

The assembly from a steel construction can be realised very quickly by two specialists. No heavy material or cranes are needed. Every composant is manageable by two persons. Innovative steel constructions.
